Nevertheless, no business can guarantee a flawless experience for every client. In some instances, you may find yourself in a very rare situation where a box has been damaged on delivery or an error has occurred in the delivery process.
Should such a situation arise, and in line with our customer-centric approach, we want to make the refund process as easy as possible.

How to Request a Refund From Croft Logs:

Reach out to Croft Logs customer service. You can do this by calling us at +44 7768726198, sending us a message on Facebook, or using our convenient contact form. Please provide your order number and specify the reason for the return (e.g., product damage during transit) including photo's where appropriate.

Schedule a pickup at your front door. You won't need to concern yourself with boxes, shipping labels, or barcode scanning. Our customer support representative will arrange for a pickup at your doorstep through one of our national delivery partners.

Stay informed with immediate updates. You will receive prompt notifications regarding Croft Logs receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Receive your refund. Once the return is approved, Croft Logs will promptly issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to process fully.
Croft Logs Return Policy:

Returns should be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Clients are required to provide proof of purchase.

The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received.

The item must still be in its original packaging.

Where to Send Your Returned Items: You won't need to worry about sending the items to any address. We will arrange for a courier to come and collect the items from your doorstep at a time and day to suit.

Details on Delivery Costs: It is important to note that the delivery costs paid during the initial order are non-refundable. Additionally, clients are accountable for the return delivery costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
