Do you deliver to my postcode?
Delivery across the majority of the UK is included in the price. For Scotland or if you require a next-day delivery there is a £20 supplement.
What VAT rate is included in the price?
All of our briquette prices are inclusive of 5% VAT for domestic use. If ordering on a wholesale basis for re-sale, 20% rate applies. Please feel free to contact us for a quote if you are considering purchasing for business use via the wholesale page.
Do you take the old pallets away?
We cannot dispose of your old pallets unfortunately, we would suggest using them as your kindling.
How should I store my log briquettes?
Due to extremely low moisture content (below 9%), briquettes should always be stored in a dry place without direct contact with moisture – they can be stored in garages or if stored in log sheds we recommend keeping them under a waterproof cover.
What appliance(s) can I use Croft log briquettes on?
Croft Log briquettes can be used on a wide range of solid fuel appliances including; open fires, fire pits, wood/multi-fuel burning stoves, and log boilers. In the summer you can use them on the BBQ or Chimineas.
Do you do deliveries with a fork lift or a crane?
No. All our deliveries are made with tail lift vehicles. All pallet deliveries require a forklift to remove the pallet from the tailgate, if you require assistance with this there is a £4 supplement.
